01 — The trip
Four days off the grid, in a state built for it
You land in Goa, phone goes into the box on Day 1, and it stays there. Four days across North and South Goa — Chapora Lane, Fontainhas, Candolim, Butterfly Beach, Agonda — spent walking, eating, and actually talking to the fourteen strangers you arrived with. No notifications, no “just checking something quick,” no one filming the sunset instead of watching it.
The group is capped at 15 and skews 18–35. Icebreakers on Day 1 do the heavy lifting so nobody’s still awkward by dinner.

Panjim, Candolim, Vagator
- Scenic drive through Parra Road on the way into Panjim.
- Fontainhas' Latin Quarter on foot — old-world lanes, Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church.

- Candolim Beach for sunset, water sports if you want them.
03 South Goa, slower still
- Butterfly Beach — greenery down to the water, worth the walk in.
- Pebble Beach, then unstructured time to just sit by the coast.
- Long walk on Agonda Beach, away from the North Goa crowds

What is a No Phone Retreat in Goa?
A multi-day group trip where phones are switched off for the duration — you spend the time on beach walks, group activities, community meals, and actual conversation instead.
Do I have to give up my phone completely?
Yes. Phones are set aside at the start so the group is fully present through the icebreakers, beach walks and evenings.
Is this good for solo travellers?
Yes — it’s what the itinerary is built around. Day 1 icebreakers and shared meals get the group talking fast.
How is this different from a regular Goa group trip?
A regular trip runs on sightseeing and nightlife. This one adds the no-phone structure, so the same beach walks and dinners get spent in conversation instead of on screens.
What's included in the ₹15,000?
3 nights’ stay, daily breakfast, Day 1 lunch, community dinners, all listed sightseeing and transfers, and full retreat facilitation. Travel to and from Goa isn’t included.
What should I pack?
Light beachwear, comfortable shoes for the beach walks, sun protection, a reusable water bottle, and a physical book or journal if you want one — you won’t have your phone for reminders.
Is alcohol served during the retreat?
Thalassa and other evening venues serve it independently of the retreat’s own inclusions.
When's the best time to do this?
Nov–Feb, for the cooler, drier beach weather.
Hold your seat with advance amount. We confirm on WhatsApp with the full itinerary and packing list.
