01 — The trip
Waterfalls, hill temples and forest roads in Odisha's green north
Your trip captain picks the group up in Bhubaneswar and heads north to Keonjhar, stopping at Ghatagaon’s Maa Tarini Temple and Gundichaghagi waterfall before an evening at the town’s Jagannath Temple. Day two goes deep into the hills for Bada Ghagara and Sanaghagara falls, a forest viewpoint and the Murga Mahadev shrine. Day three visits Gonasika, source of the Baitarani, and Bhimkund, then Maa Biraja in Jajpur before the drop.
Three cool-season batches to one of Odisha’s greenest, least-crowded districts, with a waterfall or hill temple around almost every bend.
